Qualitrust Care was founded by Philip Egyin, whose commitment to service and desire to create meaningful opportunities for caregivers helped shape the organization's vision.
The idea behind Qualitrust was to create more than a care service—to develop an organization that could support families while also helping people gain professional skills, pursue employment opportunities, and contribute to a stronger care workforce.
